Kiroro Peak Japan

I recently returned from a wonderful four-day stay at Club Med Kiroro Peak (Feb 10–13, 2026), and the experience exceeded my expectations in every category.
Outstanding Service
The staff truly make the difference here. I want to specifically mention Eva at the Boutique. She was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. Her hospitality made our visit to the shop a delight, and her passion for guest service was evident.
Wellness and Atmosphere
Beyond the skiing, the wellness program is fantastic. I participated in both the yoga and meditation classes, which were expertly led. They provided a much-needed sense of tranquility and left me feeling completely relaxed and recharged.
Summary
Overall, Club Med Kiroro Peak offers a seamless blend of luxury and comfort. Whether you are there for the snow or the relaxation, the quality of service and the amenities are top-tier. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves at the Peak during the short 4-day escapade. Ski classes were amazing though we had to battle the elements everyday… the wind and the hail… omg. We love the onsen, the massage at the spa, the hospitality and entertainment. Wish there could be a Barista (instead of only machines) someday who makes us nice latte art to make our day 🤭

Fantastic! Lovely calm atmosphere as 12yo plus only. Food was unbelievable. Gorgeous views. Fantastic skiing. Special shout out to Robin, Bekir and Bayram who always looked after us in the bar. I recommend their signature gin and cucumber cocktail. We’re already planning our next trip.

Club Med Kiroro Peak - third year in a row, and it still doesn’t disappoint. Every trip we joke about trying somewhere new next year because another resort might have a wider food selection or a bigger ski field… but somehow, we always end up back here. The mix of incredible snow, great food, comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, and the easy travel time from Australia is just hard to beat. The snow alone is second to none - light, deep and consistently amazing. we’d love to keep exploring new places, but honestly, don’t be surprised if you see dachshundtours back at Kiroro Peak again next year!

And F&B Manager Liam and the lovely and engaging Maki (we hope to see you next year again at Kiroro Peak! Please! You are one of the reasons that we will be missing Kiroro peak and always looking to come back)

Check-in/check out process - Efficient and seamless. Kudos to Stan and Isla.

Great vibe with tranquility and serenrity. The room got allocated is Looking over the slopes and ski lifts. Fireworks is a short but nice one.

We went to the hot bath most of the time - perfect after a full day of hard work.

Food is fantastic and there is good selection given the resort only could house around 200 guests.

The view bar has a good selection of drinks and awesome bar tenders like Berik.
