Learn moreWe overall enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are lovely, and the team took wonderful care of our children. Great skiing location!! However, having visited this venue two years ago, we were very disappointed by the quality of the food this time. The variety and freshness were noticeably lacking, and despite raising this with the staff during the week, we did not see any improvement.
Many other guests shared similar feedback, so we truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them for the future. Unfortunately, the food experience has affected our consideration of returning, which is a real shame given how much we appreciated the rest of the stay.
See on TripAdvisorMy first club med experience and I was really impressed. Amazing food and drinks, super kids club and high standard of ski instructors. Service was brilliant from Lucie, axel, Joao, Luna, Antoine
See on TripAdvisorOverall Goois - great location & excellent skiing. Pls improve transfer efficiency as we had 60min wait time on arrival and no help on departure from T2 Geneva.
See on TripAdvisorWe spent the first week of the Easter break at Club Med La Rosiere - it was our fourth ski club med and it did not disappoint. The club med is new - built in 2020 and all the amenities are very good.
We had two interconnected bedrooms with plenty of storage and two balconies with great views over the mountains. The rooms were very calm, modern and clean.
My kids attended both Petit Club and Mini Club and they both had a blast. The staff was nice, caring and spoke very well English which is not always the case. My kids speak both French and English but as I noticed it I thought it would be worth mentioning.
My eldest attended ESF ski class and his level of skiing imprived significantly during our stay - GOs took care of everything to prep the kids.
The swimming pool area was very noce and for once quite warm compared to other Club Med - I used the jacuzzi outside several tumes during my stay and it was lovely.
The reason I gave 4 stars was the food - we are gold members at Club Med and the food in this resort was good but not as elaborated and fine as in other club med we have been to. It was lacking diversity and quality even though it was good. At this price, you expect a little more. And one more thing that surprised me negatively around the quality of service, when we left the club, we had 3 hours of driving back to the airport and we asked for those water bottles they usually give you in the room and they could not find any. I found it quite disappointing that CM can't plan a nice good bye essentials.
Ski conditions were exceptional and La Rosiere is a nice ski resort that takes you to Italy - its very accessible as mainly red / blue and green slopes
See on TripAdvisorGreat location at 1950m with wonderful views. Skiing opportunity excellent with ski in/ski out. Instruction was really good and as someone who is a very competent skier I was amazed at the off-piste guiding we received. Snow and weather was great for Easter! Rooms in A block were excellent and kept clean by our wonderful maid. For such a large complex I was amazed at the quality and variety of food. The staff in the restaurant and bar were so helpful. This could not be said for the reception team who really let the whole team down. Pool was great for our grandson and the early entertainment was good. He/we were in bed by 8pm so didn't experience the full entertainment program or the Spa/well-being suite but it looked great. Overall the family trip offered great value for money but for me the hotel was way too big (perhaps circa 1000 rooms) and extroverted. I will go for something quieter next time like a catered chalet with Nanny
