This was our family's first time at Club Med, and it was absolutely amazing! We made new friends and enjoyed so many activities—snorkeling, yoga, pilates, fitness classes, archery, tennis, paddle tennis, squash, golf, trapeze, mixology, and more. Every G.O. was kind, friendly, and full of energy. They made us feel welcome and happy every single day.

One of my most beautiful moments in life was practicing yin yoga each evening on the grassy beachfront of Bali—soft ocean breeze, open skies, and the endless sea in front of me. It was pure peace.

Special thanks to Kevin, Shelly, Lee, Oka, Alex, Elodie, Jessie, and all the G.O.s who took care of us from May 24–31, you made our trip unforgettable!

We loved the warm chats during meals and truly appreciate the G.O.s' hard work and enthusiasm. After talking with guests from other countries, it’s clear why so many people return year after year—Club Med really is one big family.

If 5 is the highest score, we give Club Med a 5+!

I felt in love with Bali and Club Med after 4 days of stay. The GO and other staff are very nice and friendly. I had yin yoga with Shirley and aqua yoga with Mike, had cooking class, went snorkeling with Tawan and met Melissa at the bar, all of the experiences is fun and amazing. They really remember what we did together and could recall my name when we randomly met in the resort which is really impressive. The food, drinks and activities are all included so I could totally relax in the resort. You can feel how thoughtful Club Med is when look into the details.

Club Med Bali,
Wowww, There is not just one part we can explain. We enjoy everything. Ambience of resort is fabulous 🤩. We enjoy roaming on beach, having cocktails on deck bar & spectacular view of sea. Also enjoyed cocktail class with Sherif & 1 girl from south africa, they both are cheerful and Anita also give fantastic service while garden party.

Main bar & swimming pool is excellent, we experienced everyday lot of interesting & fun activities there. Beside that 2 entertainment halls, each evening it becomes live. Many programs including little guest's performance it gives tremendous joy.

Food service is excellent. We like that beside of meal times after hours restaurant is there & we can enjoy some drinks there.

The most important place is main restaurant. We tested various food. Lavanya food manager maintain excellent quality, she is lovely. We specifically like to mention about Prasanta, He is awesome, with smiley face, cooking all types food, he served various types food dishes, also different type of naan kulcha with perfection, We found Prasanta amazing.
We had superb maasaj at spa. Aharni was very good. She is having good knowledge of maasaj. Sorry but I don't like spa. The water is cold and also it is not updated. It will be better if club Med change it.
Rooms are good and having good facilities.
For all staff of club Med we will give 5/5 rank.

During my stay at Club Med Bali from May 18 to 21, I would like to thank Adrian, the front desk manager, for efficiently helping me solve various problems I encountered during my stay.
He is very friendly, helpful and able to meet the needs of guests, which is commendable.
I would also like to thank Chef Ravin and Pastry Chef Hadi for cooking dishes of various tastes and satisfying the needs of guests from different countries.

In contrast, my experience at Club Med Bintan during my summer vacation trip was disappointing. Unfortunately, the resort staff failed to inform us about an oil spill that had occurred two weeks prior to our arrival, which resulted in the cancellation of all water activities. As sea sports were a major highlight of the resort for my family, this oversight significantly impacted our stay. Furthermore, the customer service team at the resort and Club Med's central customer service did not provide any alternatives or compensation, which added to our disappointment.

Despite this, I appreciate the efforts made by Club Med Bali's staff to ensure a pleasant stay. I hope that Club Med Bintan takes steps to improve communication and guest experience in the future, particularly in situations where unforeseen circumstances may impact resort activities.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this resort. The facilities (day and night) were first-rate and the staff were very professional, hard-working and always ready to greet us and help in any way whilst maintaining a fun and bubbly personality with those infectious smiles. Will definitely return and look forward to another wonderful experience!!
