Great facilities, great location, amazing staff, food is excellent and the pool is a treat if you have young children. Our 6th time in this resort and it never disappoints!

This was my first time at the Club Med in Charlevoix, and the experience really exceeded my expectations (which were very high to begin with).
I want to thank Dorsie and the entire team at the exclusive collection le St-Laurent. They were absolutely phenomenal and their attention to detail was incredible.
The experience was easily a cut above every other all-inclusive resort I have ever been to in my life (and there are a lot of!)

Our extended family of 17 (3 generations) had a wonderful stay. We opted to stay in the Exclusive Collection and felt the additional price was well worth it for the benefits we received. I highly recommend this property for families who want an all exclusive experience without having to be confined to a cruise ship. There was something (food, activities, etc.) for everyone in our group ranging from 5 to 68 years old.

My wife and I just returned from visiting Club Med Charlevoix for our 10 year anniversary trip. We stayed 5 nights in the exclusive St-Laurent space. It was extremely clean and housekeeping did a fantastic job resetting the rooms every day.

Our entire experience was absolutely delightful. Having access to the exclusive lounge was an amazing perk along with the excellent staff up there, like William and Benjamin, serving us amazing cocktails and providing delightful conversation.

The ambience and the views set back in the mountain is something I will surely miss. It’s an absolutely beautiful location.

All of the G.O’s at the club seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and all seemed to care deeply about the club. You could see this by the way they assisted and interacted with the G.M’s or the level of participation they had in the nightly shows.

Speaking shows, I was blown away by the quality and level of production they brought to the stage, this ended up being one of my wife and I’s favorite things to do at the end of the day.

The food was fantastic and provided plenty of options regardless of what you might be in the mood for. One night, we even opted for their signature porterhouse dish at the Chalet, and it was the best thing I had at the resort by far.

My wife and I spent quite a bit of time at the spa and had three separate experiences on three different days. Having access to the sauna and Nordic spaces, made the spa less of a treatment and more of a full experience.

I used the exercise facility every morning and took multiple of the fitness and wellness classes during our stay. The intentional integration of wellness and leisure was extremely appealing to me.

Overall, we loved our experience there and plan to come back and bring the whole family with us next time.
