The Incredible Staff Made Our First Trip Unforgettable!
5/5 • 22/07/2025Our first visit to Club Med was made truly special by the amazing people at Kabira Ishigaki. We felt so welcomed from day one. The service was impeccable, and we loved the fun shows every night.
We have to mention the G.O.s who made our stay so personal. Thank you to Bruce, Benz, and Chef Meli for their warm hospitality. Pauline is a wonderful sommelier, and we loved Rebekah's fantastic energy. A special thanks to Dora for the warm welcome in Mandarin. Even after a typhoon, the team went out of their way to open umbrellas on the beach for us, making our experience so much better.
We had an excellent time thanks to the personal care we received. We are already planning our next Club Med adventure!

Perfect family holiday experience in paradise
5/5 • 20/07/2025We stayed for a week in July 2025 as a family, and were amazed by the hospitality, professionalism, quality of the food and services, and the overall beauty and experience we enjoyed.
We would like to especially point out Benz (restaurant manager), Selim (chef de cuisine) and Pauline (sommeliere) who went above and beyond to amaze us, and moreover were so kind and generous — you made a lasting impact! But also beyond, the overall team is outstanding, and made our stay wonderful.
A few specific highlights:
-quality of food, presentation, variety, freshness
-selection of drinks, wine etc, both at open bar (included) but also in addition for purchase
-beach, resort property and nature
-sports offering and facilities
-spa (quality of massages)
-(entertainment/sports) program, animation and shows, kids club

Special experience in KABIRA

I hadn't done any research on Club Med beforehand, so I was surprised to have dinner with the GOs and to find that Japanese was not widely spoken. However, it exceeded my expectations in a good way and I had a very fun and refreshing trip.
GO Rizumu, thanks to your support, I had a very enjoyable trip and was able to make some great memories with my best friends. Thank you!

For all UK citizens, a valid passport is essential when you travel abroad. A full 10-year passport is required for holidays to all countries featured on our website. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date with one blank visa page. Make sure your passport is valid and check with the embassy or the consulate of your destination country if you need a visa for your chosen destination prior to travel. It is vital that the name given when booking your holiday (printed on the ticket and itinerary) is exactly the same as written on your passport. Any child, however old, must have his/her own passport.
