The food in the restaurant La hacienda is the best. The chef is amazing and many options available. The service Manuel Huerta and Andy was very helpful and super nice. Amazing people

We just returned from an absolutely wonderful family vacation at Club Med Cancún, and this was not our first or even our second Club Med experience. We have stayed at several Club Med resorts and Cancún was by far our best experience so far.

The location, activities, sailing, kids programs and overall atmosphere were fantastic, but what truly separated this stay from the others was the staff. There was an unusual level of warmth throughout the resort — people were not simply professional or friendly, but thoughtful, attentive, authentic, and genuinely excited to make our vacation great.

Paolo and Max from sailing were exceptional. They made the sailing classes fun, safe and engaging, and brought such enthusiasm to every interaction. They were a huge part of why we enjoyed the waters ports program so much.

The Mini Club team was phenomenal. Marlene, Adrian, Lei and Pierre were incredibly kind and attentive with the children. We had a child in Mini Club who was beyond thrilled every day and could not wait to go back. As parents, seeing your child that happy and excited about the people caring for them is about the highest compliment we can give. Roman from the Kids Club was also wonderful and helped make the children's experience memorable.

Mario in the store was fantastic — warm, helpful and genuinely pleasant every time we saw him. He followed us to give us an item we forgot at the store!

And Luis the bartender deserves a special mention as well. He was consistently welcoming, attentive and fun, and made every interaction feel personal rather than transactional.

What impressed us most was that these were not isolated examples. This spirit seemed to run throughout the resort. The staff repeatedly went beyond simply doing their jobs well; they made us feel that they actually cared whether we were having a great vacation.

Club Med has always been very good at activities and creating an energetic family atmosphere, but Cancún took that to another level for us because of its people. We left with extremely happy kids, wonderful memories, and the feeling that we had just experienced Club Med at its best.

Thank you especially to Paolo, Max, Marlene, Adrian, Lei, Pierre, Roman, Mario and Luis. You made this vacation exceptional, and we hope Club Med recognizes what an outstanding team it has in Cancún.

The best food is at La Hacienda restaurant and the best service is with Manuel Huerta and Andy they helped with everything my family needed, and we never had a glass empty it is a must have experience

The Hacienda is amazing. The food is excellent and the service great. Manuel Huerta and Andy made our table feel welcome and comfortable. They included us as apart of the Club Med family!
